Yes! We offer tours Monday through Saturday by appointment only. Other times may be available, please ask

Yes, Reyes Event Hall will provide a variety of options and can based on your events theme.
Yes! We welcome working with different vendors. We will require that they present additional documentation before they perform their services at our venue. All vendors are required to carry appropriate liability insurance (if applicable).
A Finalization meeting will be held 60 days before your event day for 1 hour. We will go over all the specific details of your day, food, cake, decor, etc., if applicable.
Yes, our venue allows outside catering from a licensed & insured carter. We require all caterers to visit the space before the event. The caterer must provide documents at least three weeks before the event.
Yes, we reserve the right to require a security officer if any alcoholic beverages are on-premises and will be served during the event and/or for all parties. The security officer and the cost are passed on to the Client Contract with the Venue.
You may bring your own alcohol and hire a bar service with liquor liability insurance to serve, or we have one readily available. A bartender must serve all alcohol. If you decide to serve liquor/mixed drinks, you will be required to have security. These costs are passed on to the client's contract with the venue.
